19th Century Baseball Sunday, May 4th Games begin at 11:00am & 1:00pm Double Header! Flemington Neshanocks v. Elizabeth Resolutes Batter up! Come see America's favorite pastime played according to the 1873 rules and regulations. Both teams will use period equipment. Bring your lawn chair, a picnic lunch, and cheer on your neighbors! Join historian & genealogist Russ Dutcher as he presents on the enhanced intelligent network that existed during the Revolutionary War in New Jersey, specifically before, during, and after the Battles of Trenton and Princeton. Learn about the wide array of communications that existed involving famous figures such as George Washington, New Jersey’s Governor William Livingston, Major Henry “Light Horse Harry” Lee, Simeon De Witt, Colonel Philemon Dickinson, and more.

The Montclair and Greenwood Lake Railroad at one time served the iron industry at Ringwood & Long Pond, supported the local ice industry, and transported tourists to the once-thriving vacation destination of Greenwood Lake. This presentation will talk about the railroad's impact on the local industry and provide historic images of the rail line in the area. Presented by Kevin Olsen: historian, author, and past NJHHS president. FREE and open to the public!

In March of 2011, Ringwood Manor was the victim of a major burglary that remained unsolved for over a decade. 14 years later, nine individuals were indicted as part of a major theft ring that included the heist at Ringwood. For the first time since the incident, find out details about what happened, the items taken and later recovered, and how the case was finally resolved. Presented by Ringwood Manor historian & historic preservationist, Sue Shutte.
