Learn in-depth information about the historic figures of the property, the collections, the structures, and more! These tours are intended for visitors who have already gone on the regularly offered guided tours of the Manor, but want to deepen their understanding of the history of the site. If you have not attend our regular, interior guided tour, we highly recommend you do so before signing up for the Historian Hand-Pick tours. Please click here for information on our regular tours.
Historian Hand-Picks last approximately 1 and a half hours and cost $15 per person. These tours are strictly limited to 20 people. We do not recommend these tours for children due to the length of time of the tours.
Advanced registration is required. Please email RingwoodManorTours@gmail.com with your name, the tour you are interested in, and the number of people planning on attending. You will be sent a confirmation email to verify your registration. Please note: Ringwood Manor is closed on Mondays & Tuesdays, and before 9am and after 4:30pm on all other days. Should you email when the site is not staffed, you will receive an email when they return during regular work hours. All emails are answered in the order they are received. Is a tour listed below as already being fully registered? Send us an email anyway! We keep waiting lists for cancellations and will reach out if there is an opening.

This outdoor walking tour will take visitors to the historic cemetery at Manor will discuss why the cemetery exists, the various individuals buried on the property, and headstone carving and symbolism. This is a walking tour and participants should be prepared to walk or stand for an hour, sometimes over uneven ground. Comfortable and supportive shoes are recommended. Steady rain will cancel.
